Registering a current student is super easy! After you or your dancer have been recommended for a class, you can simply go into your account and register for that specific class. Contact us if you need any additional assistance.
We are so happy to have you join our DDH family. To register a new student please contact us to get your recommendation into classes and assistance setting up your online account.
Our regular fall dance season begins September and goes through May; when we hold our annual recital. Online registration will begin July 1st. If you are a new student interested in classes please contact DDH, so we can appropriately place you in our classes. Not sure what you are interested in or what classes we provide? Come tour our studio space, meet your teachers, as well as order dance shoes & DDH clothing. Our dates for open house this year will be (All dates and info subject to change):
There is a $15 registration fee per family, per year. We take all registrations during this time for both current and new students.
Payments are due the 1st of every month.
We offer a IN-FULL or MONTHLY payment plans and accept debit, credit, check or cash payments for your convenience (In-person & Online). Tuition rates are for the full season (September to May, including studio holidays), not by the class or by the month. For your convenience DDH Dance Academy offers:
Troupe members will have 2 costume deposits for their Troupe class
Costume are NOT refundable after November 17: Costumes are ordered Thanksgiving Break. Recital costumes will not be ordered unless a payment is received. Students are measured for costumes in November. Growth is taken into consideration.
Register 6 or more full season classes (per dancer) & you receive a 10% discount for that dancers total class fees. Discount does not include registration fee, costume fees, summer classes, technique, workshop, adult classes or 1/2 session and 6 week classes.
DDH Dance Academy offers yearly fundraisers to dancers & dance families to help with tuition & payments. Butterbraid fundraiser typically starts October. Contact for more information.
Late payments must include a $10 late fee for each month it is late. Payments are considered late after 10 days after the 1st of each month. Returned checks will incur a $35 service charge.
Refund Policy for the Dance Season Registration fees and costume fees are never refunded. However, our tuition refund schedule is as follows: Prior to first lesson – 100% refund. Withdrawal within first two weeks – 60% refund. Withdrawal within first three weeks – 40% refund. Withdrawal within first four weeks – 20% refund. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF CLASSES FOR ANY REASON, but unused (prorated) tuition will be issued in the form of an account credit toward future dance classes (not merchandise). Credit is not transferable. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN DURING THE LAST 6 WEEKS OF ANY SESSION.
Tuition is non-refundable except in the event of a serious injury or illness & the dancer is no longer able to attend classes. Withdrawal from the program must be made in writing, or remaining tuition will still be due. Proof of injury or illness (doctors note) must be shown for verification.

Our referral program is DDH’s way of properly saying “thank you” to current families for sharing their positive experiences and passing the word along to friends, relatives and co-workers. As a gesture of appreciation, we have implemented a referral program for current families attending DDH Dance. This referral program will offer a $25 credit for you AND the person you referred! It will be credited to both of your accounts once 2 payments paid tuition have been completed (Offer void if dancer withdraws from class), There is no limit to the number of referrals you may get! Just think of the possibilities; you could earn yourself huge discounts, or your lessons could even be FREE! What an easy way to receive rewards and share the good times and memories with your friends!
