Once your account is added and you are approved, we can book your appointment into our system. Making payments easy and hassle-free.
DDH Studio Rental — RATES (PER HOUR)
Minimum booking: 1 hour (some events may require a 2-hour minimum). Studio Options for rent: A, B, or C.

Member (currently enrolled in DDH class):
- Shared practice / single-person: $15 / hour
- Private full-studio rental (exclusive use): $40 / hour
- Video/photo shoot or commercial use: $65 / hour
Guest / Non-member:
- Shared practice / single-person: $25 / hour
- Private full-studio rental (exclusive use): $60 / hour
- Video/photo shoot or commercial use: $90 / hour
Clean-Up:
- Responsible for cleaning up after, returning everything the way it was upon arrival.
- Cleaning fee for groups/events over 10 people: $25 flat.
- Refundable key/deposit for recurring bookings: $25 (returned when key/equipment is returned).
Booking & Policy highlights:
- Respect the time you book: late arrivals are charged for the full hour block.
- Bookings are secured with a credit card on file and a 50% deposit for first-time bookings over 2 hours.
- Cancellations: full refund if canceled 72+ hours in advance; 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before; no refund if within 24 hours.
- Please wear appropriate dance shoes — street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor.
- No smoking / no alcohol inside studio. Food should be kept to the lobby/cubby area.
- Proof of liability insurance may be required for commercial shoots or rentals with >15 people.
- Larger events or rentals outside normal hours may incur a premium — contact us for a custom quote.

- Sprung wood dance floor with Marley overlay
- Wall-to-wall mirrors & ballet barres
- Bluetooth-capable sound system + aux input
- Restrooms
- Wi-fi (for streaming/backing tracks)
- Basic lighting; additional production needs negotiable

- Rehearsals & choreography sessions
- Wedding dance practice
- Filming / recording dance videos and social content
- Creative work: choreography, movement research, auditions
- Small classes, coaching, or private group lessons
