DDH Studio Rental — RATES (PER HOUR)
Minimum booking: 1 hour (some events may require a 2-hour minimum). Studio Options for rent: A, B, or C.

What our space is good for:
Minimum booking: 1 hour (some events may require a 2-hour minimum). Studio Options for rent: A, B, or C.
Member (currently enrolled in DDH class):
- Single-person: $15 / hour
- Private full-studio rental Groups (exclusive use): $45 / hour
- Video/photo shoot or commercial use: $60/ hour
Guest / Non-member Rates:
- Single-person: $30 / hour (includes staff opening studio & rental)
- Groups: $60 / hour (includes staff opening studio & rental)
- Video/photo shoot or commercial use: $90 / hour
Clean-Up:
- Responsible for cleaning up after, returning everything to the way it was upon arrival.
- Cleaning fee for special events with over 10 people: $25 flat.
Booking & Policy highlights:
- Respect the time you book: late arrivals are charged for the full hour block.
- All payments are due before the studio rental for that date; doors will not open unless paid prior.
- Bookings are secured with a credit card on file, and 50% is towards the deposit (non-refundable for first-time bookings).
- Cancellations: full refund if canceled 72+ hours in advance; 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before; no refund if within 24 hours.
- Please wear appropriate, clean dance shoes — street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor.
- No smoking / no alcohol inside the studio or property. Food should be kept in the lobby/cubby area.
- Proof of liability insurance may be required for commercial shoots or rentals with >15 people.
- Larger events or rentals outside normal hours may incur a premium — contact us for a custom quote.
Amenities included:
- Sprung wood dance floor with Marley overlay
- Wall-to-wall mirrors & ballet barres
- SONOS Sound System in every studio. Bluetooth-capable sound system + aux input
- 3 Restrooms on site.
- Wi-fi (for streaming/backing tracks)
- Basic lighting; additional production needs negotiable

- Rehearsals & choreography sessions
- Wedding dance practice
- Filming / recording dance videos and social content
- Creative work: choreography, movement research, auditions
- Small classes, coaching, or private group lessons
